Rose Maher Sobhi is an authentic, resilient, & revolutionary business professional
and entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience building businesses, driving
profitability, and empowering teams. She serves as the General Manager of RACS
Quality Certificates Issuing Service LLC, collaborating directly with the CEO and
key shareholders to help the company expand and build a global network. Rose
oversees and manages 200 employees worldwide to ensure top-notch compliance
and elite service delivery.
RACS is an accredited and globally-recognized quality conformity assessment
body with more than 25 offices in over 40 countries. As the General Manager,
Rose works closely with the public sectors and authorities to help businesses
conform to quality requirements and improve end-user experience. She has
strong communication with authorities in gulf region like The Ministry of
Industry & Advanced Technology (MOIAT), Saudi Standards, Metrology and
Quality Organization (SASO), GCC Standardization Organization (GSO), Emirates
National Accreditation System (ENAS), and Emirates International Accreditation
Center (EIAC), Gulf accreditation center (GAC) and Saudi food and drugs
authority (SFDA)
Driven to deliver exceptional service on repeat, Rose Is working closely with local
authorities to develop and set the national standardization systems in
compliance with ISO principles. She helps businesses market themselves as
industry leaders and implement innovative strategies to enhance
products/service quality. Rose is adept at networking and building lasting
relationships with industry experts worldwide. In the last six years, she played
an instrumental role in growing and scaling RACS’s footprint globally.
During her career, Rose has established multiple successful businesses and is the
Co-Founder and Partner of REXXERGY GMBH – An energy company on a mission
to boost the sustainability of renewable energy investments. She is passionate
about green technology. Rose steers her work and service toward boosting
adaptability and promoting green initiatives to help save the planet for the
generations of today and tomorrow.
As a volunteer, Rose sits on the advisory boards of two startups, Banker & CO –
A Group Travel company, and Elijah Global Linking Trade – A B2B Platform. She
envisions using her knowledge and experience to empower entrepreneurs and
help businesses adopt greener ways to deliver high-quality services to consumers
worldwide.
Furthermore, Rose seeks to encourage women, especially in the Middle East, to
develop an entrepreneurial mindset and work towards building enduring
businesses. She aims to educate and empower women to build self-confidence
and pursue their dreams.
In addition, Rose is an avid knowledge seeker and holds a Bachelor of Education
in French Language from the University of Ain Sham. She also has certifications
in Customer Service, Communication Skills, Time Management, and Cross-selling.
Rose is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor
and holds ISO 17020 and ISO 17065 certifications.
Originally from Egypt, Rose lives in Dubai, UAE, and actively volunteers to give
back to the community and improve the quality of life. She continues to take
RACS forward on overdrive by enabling it to help businesses in UAE, GCC, and
worldwide to comply with the inspection, verification, assessments, and
certification requirements.
